Alloy Wheel Refurbishment
Alloy Wheel Straightening
Potholes can damage to wheels, suspension, and tyres affecting performance and safety. We use specialist equipment to straighten alloy wheels and can repair corroded & cracked wheels.
Alloy Wheel Repairs
Don’t let scratched, scuffed or kerbed alloy wheels spoil the look of your car, they can be repaired at your home or place of work at a fraction of the cost of replacing your alloys.
Full Alloy Wheel Refurbishment
If you have invested in a set of alloy wheels for your vehicle, you’ll want to keep them looking as if they were fresh out of the showroom. The cost of alloy wheel repair or refurbishment is a fraction of the price of replacement but is by no means a compromise.
We can revive your tired-looking alloys and restore them to factory finish. Either keep the original colour or transform the look of your vehicle by changing the colour of your wheels. With our diamond-cutting service, we create a polished two-tone finish that is becoming increasingly popular.
We offer full refurbishment on most types of the wheel including
- Sports & luxury vehicle wheels
- Diamond cutting
- Magnesium wheels
- Steel wheels
- Spoke wheels
- 2-piece bolted split rim wheels
Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Process
Your wheels are inspected for cracks, corrosion, and any obvious signs of damage.
Your wheels are inspected for cracks, corrosion, and any obvious signs of damage. At this stage, we will inform you of any issues with valves, tyres, and buckles or cracks in your alloys. However, sometimes problems are not evident until later in the process.
Existing coatings are removed, and the surface is prepared using a fine grade blast medium before being powder coated and lacquered.
Alloy wheels that are diamond-cut are then lathed to create a polished two-tine finish.
Tyres are then re-fitted and wheels are balanced. Generally, this service takes 4 working days to complete.
